With over 85 years of combined experience, Sindy Mark, Irwin Hass, and Dave Thomas bring together a powerful blend of innovation, industry leadership, and sales excellence within the beauty industry.

Sindy Mark is a licensed cosmetologist of 30 years, CEO, and founder of HyBa™ Beauty. A visionary leader in the nail industry, she has owned and operated upscale salons across major U.S. cities and developed pioneering nail education programs. Widely published and respected as a master educator and mentor, Sindy is transforming the nail industry through HyBa Beauty by research and developing healthier nail enhancements and providing comprehensive education to both professionals and consumers to make better, more informed choices.

Irwin Hass began his career in the pet and consumer products industries, where he advanced from Regional Sales Manager to Vice President of Sales. Since 2002, he has brought his strategic leadership into the beauty industry, working across all channels of distribution and retail. He currently serves as President of Southeast Rep Services, representing top manufacturers and driving growth with deep industry insight.

Dave Thomas brings over 35 years of professional outside sales experience. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, he began in the airline industry before becoming an award-winning pharmaceutical and medical device sales professional for more than two decades. For the past nine years, he has successfully transitioned into the beauty industry, where he continues to thrive as a manufacturer sales representative, combining his relationship-building skills with a passion for the evolving and artistic world of beauty.
